60 acres of trees, family fun, and Christmas tradition

Our Princeton, Minnesota tree farm is 60 acres of Minnesota-grown Christmas trees, with a large pre-cut selection for anyone who would rather not carry a saw.

What to expect

Our Princeton farm covers about 60 acres of Minnesota-grown Christmas trees, with species running up to 14 feet tall. Drive your own vehicle out into the rows on marked roads. Greeters will point you toward the section with the species and sizes you’re looking for, and hand you a farm map to keep your bearings.

Trees aren’t pre-tagged, so you’re free to cut any tree in an open section of the field. Once it’s cut, bring it to the yard to shake out the loose needles, measure it and bale it for the ride home. You’ll get a tag with the tree size to bring to the cashier. Shaking and baling are included at no extra charge.

You’ll also find wreaths and fresh greenery, a petting zoo, Santa on select weekends, the playground, fire pit and our Wishing Tree.

Good to know

  • Saws are provided free of charge.
  • Free shaking and baling comes with every tree.
  • We accept cash, check, or credit card. There is no ATM on site.
  • Show your tree receipt at Neighbors or Shooters for a free pitcher of beer or pop.
