Ordering
- Sizes are not available in all varieties.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order; balance is due on pick-up or delivery.
- Prices are subject to change until the order is confirmed.
- Wholesale pricing is available on orders of 20 or more trees; see Wholesale Trees.
Sales
All sales are final. We do not offer returns. Warranty coverage applies only to trees fully installed by B&J Evergreen (not dig & place): for one year we cover 50% of the cost of a replacement tree, and the customer covers the full cost of installing it.
Shipping & delivery
Items ship within three business days of an order being placed.
